A few months ago, I started having an addiction to chocolate bark. Obviously, for the chocolate lover I am, it is not a terrible addiction to have! My favourite kind is just a simple dark chocolate pretzel bark with sea salt. I absolutely love the combination of the dark chocolate and the salt, and the pretzels add a little crunch.
So instead of continuing to eat store-bought chocolate bark, last week I decided to make it myself at home. To be honest, it is the easiest and quickest treat you’ll ever make! And your future self will thank you for preparing a batch of chocolate bark for the week. All you need is your favourite dark chocolate (I like to use 70% dark chocolate), pretzels and sea salt.
I hope you are ready for the start of a new week!
