Description

Soft and chewy M&M’s cookies! The perfect treat to devour with a glass of milk.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup soft unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup M&M’s
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven at 375F and prepare a baking sheet covered with parchment paper
  2. Beat the butter with the light brown sugar and the granulated sugar until it is smooth
  3. Add the egg and the vanilla extract
  4. Mix in the flour, baking soda and salt
  5. Fold in the M&M’s and chocolate chips
  6. Divide the dough into 9 balls and drop them on the baking sheet
  7. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes

Notes

I like bigger cookies, especially since these are better thick. I like to use a large ice cream scoop to scoop the dough and it yields 9 cookies.
