Description

Delicious and easy to make healthy banana bread! It is moist and flavourful! Works great for breakfast, a snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted and cooled)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven at 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper
  2. Mash the bananas in a big bowl
  3. Add the eggs, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract and mix well
  4. Add the coconut sugar and make sure everything is mixed properly
  5. In a separate bowl, blend the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt
  6. Fold in the dry ingredients into the wet mixture
  7. Pour the batter in the pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
