This healthy banana bread recipe is my favourite of all times! It is moist and flavourful! Works great for breakfast, a snack or dessert.
I’ve been on a banana roll lately! Almost every week I make banana muffins, banana bread, banana pancakes or just eat a banana with peanut butter 🍌💛 Since I love to snack on bake goods but also like to eat clean, I am sharing today my healthy banana bread recipe.
This banana bread includes coconut oil: honestly my fav! I get the massive containers from Costco and just the smell of the oil is the BEST! Even Sadie goes crazy as soon as I open the container. The bread is sweetened by the bananas, real maple syrup and a bit of coconut sugar. All healthier and more natural ingredients. My favourite way to eat a slice is warmed up with a bit of peanut butter… Delicious!
Anyways, I would definitely urge you to try this banana bread recipe and devour it guilt free!

Using maple syrup as a sweetener is a game changer. I’m pretty sure my bf and I ate the entire loaf in one weekend lol! I’ve had issues in the past with my banana bread getting too dry, but this recipe was absolutely delicious and the bread was nice and moist!!

This was great, even though I had only 3 (albeit large-ish) bananas! My husband loved it too.

Glad you both enjoyed this banana bread!

Love the taste of this one, sometimes I add a bit of cinnamon to it! Thanks!

Phenomenal recipe! I have gotten lots of compliments, my Grandpa asked me to make him a loaf. He claims that it’s better than Bob Evans banana nut bread LOL. I will be making this again!
