Description
This easy strawberry chia jam only requires 4 ingredients and 15 minutes of your time. It is healthy, refined sugar free and vegan! This jam is the perfect addition to your pancakes, waffles, yogurt and more!
Ingredients

- 3 cups (350g) whole strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Place a saucepan on medium heat and add the whole strawberries.
- As they start to soften, mash the berries with your wooden spoon or a potato masher to your desired consistency.
- When the liquids are starting to bubble, turn off the heat but keep the pan on the burner. Add the chia seeds, lemon juice and maple syrup. Give a good stir and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Transfer the jam to an airtight container and let it sit in the fridge for about 2 hours before eating.

You can store this strawberry chia jam in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
